Building the observability layer for modern infrastructure

Founded in London. Built by engineers. Trusted by 1,200+ teams worldwide.

“We started CloudNode because we were tired of gluing together five different tools to understand what our servers were doing at 3am.”

CloudNode Analytics was founded in 2021 by James Hartley and Priya Mehta, two engineers who had spent years fighting with fragmented monitoring stacks at fast-growing startups and large enterprises alike.

The idea was simple: build a single platform that does data ingestion, retention, alerting, and visualisation — and does it with the performance and compliance guarantees that enterprises actually need.

We bootstrapped through the first 18 months, then raised a seed round from Seedcamp and Notion Capital to accelerate growth. Today we process over 40 billion events per day for customers across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

We're based at White Collar Factory in Old Street, London — in the heart of the UK tech scene. If you're an engineer who cares deeply about reliability and developer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What we believe

Transparency first

We publish our uptime history publicly, write detailed post-mortems for every incident, and price everything clearly with no hidden fees. You should always know exactly what you're getting.

Reliability above all

A monitoring platform that goes down during an incident is worse than useless. Our architecture is designed to be operationally independent of the systems it monitors — it doesn't go down when you need it most.

Engineers building for engineers

Every feature in CloudNode was designed by someone who has been woken up at 3am by a pager. We optimise for the experience of the person debugging a live incident, not for a sales demo.
